In the other corner of our office, we have engineers, operators, and designers from tech companies and startups. With experience in designing products and services that won a million hearts, we make products that mesmerize not only clinicians but also users.
We build products backed by science, validated in studies, and cleared/approved by regulatory bodies. With a company culture promoting quality and organizational excellence, we meet ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 62366, and MFDS Software Cybersecurity standards.
We understand that in healthcare, we cannot move fast and break things as we are dealing with people’s health. However, we embody the tech startup mentality as we continue to strive for simplicity, stay agile and nimble, and pivot as we face challenges and opportunities.
Making sticky products is extremely important in our space, as patients receive therapeutic benefits through constant product engagement. We continue to take inspiration from gaming companies to engineer human behavior to design sticky products.
